Photo Editing Week 4
Week 4 of my photo editing process was a huge success. This was the first time I used my new phone app to create some cool edits. My plan was to recreate my edits from week one, that I conducted using edits like lighting and color. I was super impressed with all the features I was able to use in a free editing app. I now not only have the ability to make my photos better quality and more colorful, but I have the power to add and remove subjects from my images. This reminded me of a Photo-shop type effect, which I was very pleased with, especially from my phone. This is one of the recreations from my week one phone edits.
This is a very cool genius hour topic. I've found myself wanting to be able to edit my photos to make them look better as well. I remember that day in Cambodia and how dreary, wet and gross the weather was (although the experience was still phenomenal). Looking back on the photos, I do wish I could edit some of them to make them look better. I'm very impressed with how this one turned out and excited to see how the computer editing goes. If you want, I've also got quite a few photos from the trip that I wouldn't mind sharing with you if you need them.
ReplyDeleteThis project seems to be going very well for you! I think it's great that you're trying different apps, as well as discovering the differences between editing on your phone and your computer. I can't wait to see how the photos turn out after your computer editing! Now that you have started adding and removing objects from your photos, does this change your plan for your final result? Are you looking into learning more about those Photo-shop type of effects for your photos? Good luck!
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are looking really good, keep it up! I like that you are comparing what you did with them previously and think that it is really cool that you are using an app on your phone to touch up these pictures. Do you think that you will enjoy making the photo edits on a computer more than you like making them on your phone? It's great that you are practicing on your phone, but also that you plan on doing some editing with a computer program.
